HEIR TO THE THRONE.
No Doubt Of Princess Elizabeth' Succeeding. Press Association—Copyright. Received 11 a.m. London, Jan. 28. In the House of Commons, Sir John Simon, Home Secretary, informed Mr. G. le M. Mander that there was no reason to amend the Act of Settlement to ensure that Princess Elizabeh would be the sole heir to the Throne. She did not share it jointly with Princess Margaret on the analogy of the Peerage Law. He advised that there was no doubt that Princess Elizabeth, under the. present circumstances, would succeed as sole her to the Crown.
