Britain has sent a further Note to the five Powers, expressing her pleasure at their acceptance of the suggestion that each Government should adopt prohibitive measures towards volunteers for Spain at an agreed date and directly the lines of supervision are settled. The British Government notes the Italian and German proposals that non-Spanish participants should be removed from Spain.
