Bank Rate Has Been Raised To 4 Per Cent. Press Association—Copyright. Received 11 a.m. Paris, Jan. 28. Following insistent rumours of further devaluation of the franc, there has been a new flight from the‘ franc involving heavy forward discounts. The French bank rate has been raised from two to four per cent.
