Social and Personal. Mrs. Jock Anderson and family have returned from the beach at New Plymouth. Mrs. Dennett, who has been the guest of Mrs. Anderson at New Plymouth, returned this week. ■Mrs. Roy Curtis, Olivia Street, returned this week from a holiday spent north of New Plymouth. •' « * ■ Mr. and Mrs. D. J. Malone left for Wanganui on Wednesday morning to attend the races and spend, a few days holiday-making. Mrs. Sole, who has been staying with her daughter, Mrs. N. O. Ebbett, Brecon Road, left for Nelson on Monday. Mr. and Mrs. N. O. Ebbett have returned from a visit to Wellington, driving back via the Wairarapa on Wednesday. • • * Mrs. Lyons, Miss Mollie and Myra Lyons, accompanied by the Misses Hodgens, left for Wellington this morning. They wll be the guests of relatives. Mrs Hussey (Australia), ha’ arrived at Stratford to spend a holiday with her daughter, Mrs. E. H. Young, Brecon Road.
