All Cars Must Be Tested By

End Of March.

Although the first inspection of private motor vehicles is to be completed by March 31, no instructions have so far been received by the transport authorities at Stratford.

The whole question is .however, at present being considered by the Transport Department, and it is expected that within the next few days

insruetions wih regard to the examination of cars and the approval of garages to carry out testing and granting of certificates each month, will be received.
