Government Forces Surround Hill Near Madrid.
Press Associatioh—Copyright. Received noon. Madrid, January 19. Government forces surrounded Los Angeles Hill, five miles south ot the capital, completely cutting off the rebels. It is believed their success is important, as it affects the rebels’ attack from the south.
