As an aftermath of the murder ol Mrs Frank Case in her apartment recently, Aiderman Morrih has announced a campaign for legislation requiring that fingerprints be taken of all hotel and apartment employees. He contended that owners and managers were hiring anyone who would work cheaply and were failing to investigate their characters. The proposed system would expose known criminals and prevent similar tragedies. ,
