Danger Of Anti-Jewish Feeling Producing Bloodshed. * Press Association —Copyright. Received noon. Cape Town, January 18. General Hertzog, speaking to the Aliens Bill in the Assembly, said that the numbers of Jews in South Africa were causing anxiety among the nonJews and were producing fear. If the influx was not checked, there would be such an anti-Jewish feeling as might lead to bloodshed. He added that the suggested measures, although effective, would not be tantamount to persecution.
