CHINESE TRAIN FIRE

Due To Incendiarism, Say Authorities.

Press Association—Copyright. (Received 11.30 a.m.) Canton, January 18. The railway authorities declare that the fire on the express cabled yesterday was due to incendiarism. Baskets, filled with celluloid trinkets, were placed in two separate compartments and set alight by means of time bombs.
