Radio Telephone Interview With Horotiu. Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, Jan. 15. The newspapers here are featuring the New Zealand stay-in strike and the Government’s warning. The Sydney Sun to-day published a radio telephone interview with the spokesman of the Horotiu strikers who, replying to questions, is reported to have said: “W v e plan to stay here until we get what we want unless the company forces us out. Our grievance is our award. Lately we have been working any hours at all—until our -day’s work is finished. That is what we are objecting to.
“We are not worried about food. We can stay here indefinitely. We
are keeping everything in going order. There is no violence of any kind and nothing is being knocked about. Nobody is bored. We have our radio.” ,
