Monthly Offering At Auction Yesterday.

The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Co., Stratford branch, reports that a sharp advance in prices was experienced in all consignments offered at the sale yesterday. An attractive catalogue was submitted to a bench of nine buyers, and competition was keen.
