New Coinage To Be Struck For Coronation.
Press Association—Copyright. Received 11 a.m. London, Jan. 13. The King gave an audience to a Mint official regarding the design for the new coinage which it is hoped to be issued before the Coronation. When the new coins were being prepared for King Edward VIII, he asked for more modern designs. It is & unlikely, however, that the new coinage will be notably different from that of the reign of George V.
