Mr Emanuel Celler, chairman of the House Judiciary committee, in a radio address said: “The Supreme i Court must be macle to follow the I election returns. If the court again rejects our legislation there will be only one course to follow. We will have to increase the number of judges from nine to eleven, making sure that the two new ones are pledged to favourable action in our labour measures.”
