No Understanding Could Be Arrived At. Press Association: —Copyright. (Received 10.30 a.m.) Istanbul, January 11. The Turkish Mission left Teheran, having failed to arrive at an understanding with the Iranian Government regarding their outstanding differences. This is regarded as killing the chances of the proposed Pact between Turkey, Iran. Irak and Afghanistan.
