15 LIVES LOST. TRAGIC RECORD Accidents Occur Off The English Coast. (British Official Wireless.) Received Noon. Rugby, January 11. Seven members o£ a crew of twenty of the French steam trawler Notre Dame de Lourdes, 275 tons, were drowned when the /ship was in collision with the British steamer Theemes, 553 tons, in the channel off the North Foreland. The survivors were rescued by the Theemes and brought to London last night. The Fleetwood trawler San Sebastian, 271 tons, struck the Reel of Islay, Inner Hebrides, and foundered with the loss of four lives. Nine were saved. Four fishermen of the Belgian trawler Vierge Marie of Ostend, which was wrecked on the rocks of Penzance during a fog, were drowned, the other two members of the crew being rescued by means of a rocket apparatus.
