NEWSPAPER VIEWS.

German Press Blames Britain And France.

Press Association-r-Copyright. Received 11 a.m. Paris, Jan. 8

A Berlin message says that the German press bitterly attacks France anti Britain, resenting their “attempts to place Germany in the dock,” and declares that if France and Britain had followed the German suggestions, the Spanish win would now be over.
