Prohibition Imposed By Gazette Regulations. Press Association —Copyright. Wellington, To-day. Regulations issped last evening prohibit the use of bird lime for the purpose of -eaptaring or attempting to capture birds. The regulations prohibit the possession, sale or purchase of bird lime. Every person who offends against the provisions of the regulations is liable on sutnmary conviction to a fine cf £5, for a second offence to a fine of £lO, and for any subsequent offence to a hne' of £2O.
