SPAIN GIVES IN.
Explanation Being Made To Germany. Press Association—-Copyright. Received 11.45 a.m. London, Jan. 7. Probably based on an earlier broadcast by the Se-nor Delleno from Seville, a message from Lisbon states that the' Valencia Government is preparing a full explanation to Germany respecting the seizure of the Steamer Palos. The government is also arranging to restore- her cargo and passengers.
