Re-arrangement of Controlling Interests. Press Association —Copyright. Received 1.45 p.m. London, January 5. “Owing to the great expansion of their newspaper publishing interests,” Lords Camrose, Kemsley, and Iliffe have made the following re-arrange-ments. Lord Camrose has acquired Lord Kemsley’s interest in the Daily Telegraph and the major portion of Lord Iliffe’s holding, but Lord Iliffe continues as a director. Lord Camrose sold Lord Kemsley his holdings in Allied Publications, Ltd., from the board of which he resigned. Lord Kemsley replaces him as chairman, with Lord Iliffe as deputy-chairman. Loj-d Iliffe has acquired controlling interests in Kelley’s Directoire, and succeeds Lord Camrose as chairman. Lords Kemsley and Iliffe resign from the boards of Amalgamated Press and the Financial Times, in which companies Lord Camrose has acquired their holdings.
