Rebel Patrols Will Respect British Shipping; Press Association —Copyright. (Received 11 am.) Gibraltar, January 5. It is understood that the Rebel naval authorities have promised to respect British shipping at Cadiz. H.M.S. Grafton is satisfied that the Insurgent patrol has orders to respect British shipping. It is understood that the Etrib was mistaken for another vessel. It was not boarded.
