Berlin, January 3. “Cowardly Murder After a Mock Trial,’’ is how tha official News Agency describes the execution of a German, lothar Guedd, by Reds at Bilboa because he was a meimlber of the Spanish Fascist Organisation. The Agency addsi that Guedd was shot in November. Reliable information is only now available. Before his death, he gave the Nazi salute, and shouted “Heil Hitler.”
