Perennial Wheat Found In Canada.
Press Association —Copyright. (Received 2 p.m.) 1 Ottawa, December 28. A perennial wheat has been found. What the discovery means to the farmer will be tested by plant breeders on Government experiments! farms. They declare it is possible that the farmer may be able to seed his field once and harvest year after year without reseeding. The more likely outcome will be a new forage, which may restore to productive use large drought stricken areas.
