The Archbishop of Canterbury sent a letter to the organisers of the Day of United Intercession and to a conference which is Io be held in the Queen’s Hall on May 11. 1937, expressing his full sympathy with its aims and the hope “that the great company' of Christian citizens may then be joined in prayer for the King in his great responsibilities ami for the realm, that therein religion and piety may be established among us for all generations and that by its loyalty to (he rule of the Kingdom of God it may set forward the cause of peace and goodwill throughout the world. Such a gathering will be a most fitting way of associating the nation with the religious significance of the coronation service.” OOLD Meats will have a “more-ish” taste when a dash of “Beaver” Sauce is added. Two kinds —Tomato and Worcester.
