Arabs Speeding Up Supplies * Of Arms. Press Association—Copyright. London .Dec. 18. Arab leaders in Palestine are recruiting followers and speeding up the smuggling of armss; chiefly through Kaukaji, in preparation for a new campaign of terrorism, says the correspondent of the Daily Herald at Jerusalem. The movement is widespread in Transjordania, the idea being to overthrow the. British mandate there as well aS' in Palestine. The Arab Higher Committee is said to have a war fund of £138,000, to which business men have been intimidated into making contributions.
