Differences are reported >to have arisen between Germany and Italy over the payment of General Franco’s expenses, states the Berlin correspondent of the Dully Telegraph. It is stated that Germany at present is being left to mmi the greater pari of these costs. although l':<-rliti considers Italy will reap much greater advantages in the '•ven: of a nationalist victory.
