FOR QUADRUPLETS.
First House Under Government’s Scheme.

The first contract to be let at Dunedin under the Government’s housing scheme will be for .the building of a self-contained dwelling house with ail possible conveniences for Mr and Mrs George Johnson, Caversham, parents of the quadruplets. A moderate rental within the capacity' of the family will be charged for the house, which is to be built on a section in a healthy locality made available by the Dunedin City Council at a peppercorn rental. The Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage said tonight that when Mr J. A. Lee was at. Dunedin a few days ago he, in company with a Director of Housing', Mr A. Tyndall, and a Government architect, had waited upon Mr and Mrs Johnson with a plan of the house, which the Government had decided to erect for the family,
