Melbourne, December 14 An Air Force weather pilot who ascends 20,000 feet daily in a single seater Bulldog Fighter to make meteorological observations went up as usual at 8.15 this morning and at 6 p.m-. was still unheard of. The observations usually take an hour. All the afternoon nine Air Force planes searched in vain. No ground reports have been received. Owing to rain and mist visibility was very' bad all day.
