Straford Man’s Tragic Death At Blenheim.
A tragic drowning fatality occurred at ths Blenheim swimming baths last evening when Edward Henry Alger was accidentally drowned. Deceased, who was. aged 29 years, was the youngest son of Mr and Mrs E. A. Alger, Ariel Street, Stratford ,and was employed at Blenheim as a clerk in the Department of Agriculture. It is understood that he dived into the bath and struck his head on the bottom.
