Monckton, again spent the night at Fort Belvedere and left at 9.30 a.m. for London. Mr Ramsay Macdonald was an early visitor to No. 10 Downing Street carrying a bundle of documents j which it is assumed were in preparation of Mr Baldwin’s statement in the Commons, which was expected at 4.45 p.m., after which ordinary business will be resumed. Mr Monckton also called at Downing Street. w
