G Government Grant Given For Research. British Official Wireless. Rugby, Dec. 1. A Government grant of £30,000 a year for 'the Institute of Chemotherapy was announced by Mr. Neville Chamberlain, Chancellor of the Exchequer, last night. The grant will be administered by the Medical Research Council. The new institute will be devoted to building up and experimenting with synthetic drugs for combating disease.
