BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICES. STRATFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDERS. IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the ordinary meeting of the Stratford Borough Council, to be held at the Council Chambers, Broadway, Stratford, on Monday, the 21st day of December, 1936, at 8 p.m., the resolutions set out hereunder, which were passed at a special meeting of the said Council, held on the 16th day of November, 1936, will be submitted for confirmation as Special Orders of the Council:-’-(a) THAT in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 156 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 19331” the Council hereby resolves to sell the Municipal Reserve, containing 2 roods, being Sections Numbered 58 and 59 on • the Public Map of the Town of Stratford to Arthur Henry Trotter, of Stratford, Coal Merchant, for the sum of £l7O. (b) THAT pursuant to the powers vested in it by Section 162 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” the Council hereby resolves to accept without consideration a Surrender of Memorandum of Lease Registered Number 11302 of Section 213, Town of Stratford, and a Surrender of Memorandum of Lease Registered Number 12237 'of Section 214 of Towp, of Stratford, from William Patteson Pollock Gordon and Doris Clifton Gordon, both of Stratford, Medical Practitioners, the Lessees named in the said Leases. (c) THAT in exercise of the pow'ers conferred upon it by Section 156 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” the Council hereby resolves to sell the Municipal Reserve containing 2 roods being Sections Numbered 213 and 214 on the Public Map of the Town of Stratford to William Patteson Pollock Gordon and Doris Clifton 1 Gordon, both of Stratford, Medical Practitioners, for the sum of £270.
