AUTUMN SHOW.

STRATFORD A. AND P. President’s Suggestion To Committee. The holding of another Stratford A. and P. show next March was suggested by the president, Mr A. H. R. Amess, at the meeting of the general committee of the association last night. The meeting referred the suggestion to tlie executive to consider and make a decision. Mr Amess, who mentioned the subject while reviewing the show held last week, said lie thought the executive should certainly consider holding an autumn show next year even if only as an experiment. A show; was the meeting place for farmers, who would have more time both to exhibit and to attend an autumn show. From the viewpoint of attendance alone he felt an autumn event might easily’ be a greater success than a spying show. Varying views were expressed by other committee members before it was decided to leave the executive .to decide the question.
