Moltov, at the Soviet Congress, declared that the Russians had no dispute with the German people, whom they respected and loved. "Our only quarrel,” he said, "is with the barbarous Fascist chiefs.” Zdanoff, Communist Party chief of North-west Russia, threatened that the Soviet would again annex Finland, Latvia, Estonia and Lithunia if they allowed “big adventurers to use their territory for big aid ventures.” ’“Herr Hess, Herr Hitler’s lieutenant, in a speech at Goslar, said Russia hated the new Germany, which replaced a country which once seemed ripe for plunder but was now the centre of anti-Bol-shevism. ■ . > \
