Arrangements Made In Case Of War. Press Association—Copyright. London, Nov. 28. A Food (Defence Plan) Department has been created to co-operate with the Minister for the Co-ordination of Defence, Sir Thomas Inskip, in the formulation of plans for the supply, control and distribution of food for defence purposes but it is not concerned with home production which is under the Department of Agriculture.
