German Fascists Issue New Decree. Press Association —Copyright. Berlin, Nov. 28. A ban throughout. Germany on all criticism of art. literature, music ami drama, especially State stage, cinema and concert, performances and artists is announced. The Minister 1 of Propaganda, Dr., Goebbels, stated: “It is- not to be tolerated that y’oiingsters of 22- shall go on criticising in the Press the 'work of men 40 or 5o years of age without having themselves the least idea of the art they are criticising.”
