Town Clerk's Office, 2nd June, 1919. j^OTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Nelson City Council, held on the 30th day of May, 19i9, a resolution was passed as follows:— ~ That. the Interest and Sinking Fund (if any) on the undermentioned special loans for the year ending 31st March, 1920, be paid out of the General Fund, namely:—Abattoir Loan, 1899, Tramway Loan, 1901, General and Drainage Renewal' Loan, 1905, Gas Reticulation Loan, 1906, Bridges Reinstatement Loan, 1917, Rocks Road.Renewal Loan, 1912, Waterworks Land Purchase Loan, 1912, and Drainage Extension Loan, 1916; and that the Interest on the Abattoir Loan, 1899, and the Interest1 and Sinking Funds-on the Gas Reticulation Loan, 1906, and the Waterworks Land Purchase Loan, 1912, as aforesaid, be made charges against the Abattoir* and Gasworks and Waterworks Revenue respectively. And notice is hereby also given that the said resolution will be submitted to an ordinary meting of the said Council to be Held in the City Council Chambers, Nelson, on the 27th day oi June, 1919, at 7.30 p.m., for confirmation as a Special Order.
