SIX-A-SIDE TOURNAMENT,

After four years of war, hockey has] been revived in Nelson, and the present season, although late in starting, promises to be a very successful, one. The season will be opened to-morrow (King's Birthday) with a six-a-side tournameitc at the Botanical Reserve for ladies' and men's teams. In the men's competition teams have been entered by "Waimai (4), Federal (2), Nelson, and Motueka. The Nelson team, it is interesting to note, will consist of returned soldiers. Teams lor the ladies' competition have be^a entered by the Motueka., - Rewa, Kia Ora, and Convent Old Girls' clubs
