in connection with tne new classification of the suitf of the Post and xeiegraph Department a number of changes are announced. Among those" affecting tins district are the following:— Mr 11. I. Koating, supervisor, Telesraph Office, Nelson, is promoted to i'imaru as superint-endont, and will hr> succeeded hero by Mr H. B. Harrison
