SYDNEY WOOL MARKET.

Messrs. Moit nnd Co held to day their weekly produce sale. The quantity of wool catalogued was 307 biilcs, of which 108 wore withdrawn. The non-arri-val of the mail till alter business hours prevented buyers from operating to any amount until they were in receipt of their advices, consequently prices are still about the same as last week. Greasy wool is, however, £d per Ib lower. The principal" lots sold to-day were as follows: 27 bales fleece, marked WDQ over IV, at 18£rt ; 24 bales New Zealand, GET, 14Jd ; 11 bales fleece, A. Tliayne, 10 Jd : 14 bales DR,lS£d; 20 bales \V over "JS, 18|iJ; 9 bales scoured, JAIP,' 19$ d; 7 bales, HXX over FVV, 2s. 2d ; 11 bales grease, TB over Maltese Gross, IOJd. The new clip is now coming pretty freely to hand, but holders not being disposed to accept any reduction in prices, several lots were withdrawn. The following were the prices obtained for the several lots sold; —Fleece, 18d to I9£d : scoured, 7 9Jd to 26d ; grease, 9£d to 13d ; locks, S£d to lOd; New Zealand, 14 Jd. At Mr. 0. B. Ebsworth'a produce sale, held thi* day, 14 bales of wool were disposed of at the following rat e.» :--Fleece, Is 4|d to Is <Jd ; greaso, I id to Is lsd ; mixed 6Jd. Tasmanian Maukut, sovkhbur.- Fine flour £12, seconds j;IU iOs., wheat 4s. per bushel.
