The Lord Worsley, Captain Kennedy, arrived last evening from Sydney, at 10 p.m., bringing news trom England to August 26th. The Worsley made the passage iVom Sydney in five days and eight hours. She passed out of the Sydney heads on the 16th instant at 10*30 a.m. ; experienced fresh southeily winds throughout, and arrived off the Boulderbank at 10 'p.m. She would have made the passage in four days bad she good coals on board, but owing to the strike in Newcastle she was unable to obtain any. We are indebted to the purser Mr. Scaife for our regular files, and have to acknowledge his politeness in furnishing us with a copy of the Home News The following is the list of passengers per Worsley : — Cabin — Captain Vine Hall (manager of the I.R.M. Company steamers), Captain and Mrs. Bovvdler, Miss Skillicom, Miss Wilkie, Messrs. Franks, Goldsmith, Moss, Sherlock, and Cowell. Steerage— Messrs. Paul and Chapman, and 19 for Otago.
