rPHE WAIMEA DISTRICTS ROAD ■*- BOARD having levied a RATE of ONE PENNY in the POUND upon all li.nda and tenements within the districts, hereby give notice that the said rate must be PAID by the persons named in the list of rates published in the Nelson Examiner on the 6th April, who are liable for the amounts set against their names to the undersigned, who is appointed by the Board to collect the same, and who will attend at the following time and place for the receipt thereof between ten and four o'clock. Waimea-west, Palmer's, Monday, June 3rd. For the further accommodation of the ratepayers, the rate may also be paid to any member of the board. By order, T. J. THOMPSON, 587 Secretary.
