TO CORRESPONDENTS.
A Correspondent requests us to give him information as to one verse in that would-be facetious,' seaserpent poetical effusion in the Examiner of Wednesday last. It is whether the allusion to one: John Smith as a nuisance refers to the ' John Smith' who has been writing long, dreary, bombastical letters of late intbat journal, or to another person who has paid the penalty of his folly, and therefore should be exempt from tho cowardly attack of private spite.
