There are at present 128 members, holding shares to the number of 858. The value which these shares represent is £ 17,16 Q. The total amount received since the commencement of the association in August, 1858, is £10,835 18s. 2cl. The interest payable to members on account of payments to the Association is £671 10s. Bd. Payments have been made from the funds of the Association to members (for investment) to the amoimt of £9900, upon which amount the interest which has accrued is £740 ss. 6d. The receipts from other sources, —as entrance fees, fines, fees for transfer of shares, &c.—are £378 Is. Bd. . . . ■ v

Odd Fellows' Festival.—The OddFellows' held high holiday. The members assembled at their Hall at nine a.m., and after some delay proceeded to their destination, " tbe Domain," headedTby^he band of the Volunteer Rifles. . Here the usual English holiday games were played, and a little rifle: practice indulged in. Dinner was announced at two o'clock, after which the sports were resumed and carried on till five p.m., when to the sound of stirring Scotch tunes they returned to town. A ball closed the evenings proceeding's.
