HPENDERS in duplicate will be received -■- at this Office, until noon on the Bth of December next, from parties willing to contract to perform the undermentioned SERVICES for Twelve Months, from Ist January, 1861, or for such longer period as the Postmaster-General for New Zealand, may deem necessary:— To CONVEY MAILS to and from Richmond and the Post Office, Nelson, on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and on such other days as the Postmaster-General may direct. To CONVEY MAILS to and from Waunea-west, Spring Grove, and Wakefield, on Wednesdays and Saturdays (unless prevented by floods in the river). The MAILS TO ARRIVE at the Post Office, Nelson, by Eleven o'clock, a.m., and to be taken from thence at Two, p.m. ■ The Postmaster-General reserves to himself the power, in case of non-fulfilment of Contract, to forward the mails at the expense of the Contractor.
