THE MARKET will be OPENED for L BUSINESS on SATURDAY, the 24th day of November instant, and on every ensuing Saturday. The Market will open at Eight o'clock, a,m., and close at Five o'clock, p.m. The Shops and Stalls will bs let to permanent oc-. cupiers for three months, at the rate of £1, paid in advance, for each Shop or Stall; but with the understanding that if, at the expiration of the ■bove-men-tioned period, it shall be found tint the Shops and Stalls so let have been occupied and kept well supplied with produceor merchandise for sale, then one-half of the above fee will be returned to the occupiers of such Shops or Stalls. , Applications for either Shops or Stalls will be received at the Office of the Board of Works, on or before Saturday, November 17th, by Mr. J. L. Bailky, Inspector of the Market; and the ballot for choice will take, place at twelve o'clock, noon, on the following Monday. Ample stall and standing-room will be provided for those who do not desire per/nanent accommodation. Facilities will also be offered for the sale of stock, Sic, <fee. • The Market Regulations, as contained in the ByLaw of October 20, 1860, will be strictly enforced.
