BBR CERTIFICATES are of the fullest and most satisfactory nature as to hull and machinery, and are open for inspection, by intending purchasers, at the office of the agents. She was insured in Sydney, at the lowest premium, as a FIRST CLASS VESSEL, and her policy can be renewed on application there, as her character arid performances, both for speed and safety, are most favorably known. HSR HTJXX. was built by the New South Wales Government, and is TBOROVOHOT COPPER FASTENED, and coppered with 32 and 28 ounce Government copper, BSJGIN3GS being by Napier, of 40 horse power, and in most perfect working order, and thorough repair, need no other comment; they are of Low Pressure, and working to 91bs., are capable of propelling the vessel, under fayorable circumstances, 10 miles an hour. Her Measurements are as follow :— From fore part of stem to stern post 86 feet. Main breadth outside plank . 19 feet. Depth of hold . . 9 feet. Gross tonnage . . 96 tons. Reduction for propelling power 35 tons. Registered tonnage , . 61 tons. The Ladies' and Gentlemen's CABINS are commodions and airy, having every comfort and convenience usual to a well ordered steamer. Having been recently painted and cleaned she is OPE2T FOR INSPECTION ! The owner being most anxious to make a sale, the terms will be moderate and liberal.
