A SPECIAL MEETING of the MEM- -£*• BERS of the NELSON MECHANICS' CRICKET CLUB will be held at Mr. Wright's, Royal Hotel, Bridge-street, on WEDNESDAY next, 24th instant, to determine the days of PRACTICE, and to take into consideration other important business, on which occasion Members are urgently requested to attend. Clark, Esq., Moutere, 11 th October, 1860. 1222 "VfOTICE is hereby given, that JOHN •^ ALFRED LANGFORD, of the City of Nelson, Storekeeper, by DEED bearing date on or about the 17tli day of October, instant, ASSIGNED all his personal ESTATE and EFFECTS unto Daniel Moobe, of the same city, merchant; Llewellyn Nash, also of the same city, merchant, and Joseph Henry Levien, also of the same city, merchant, upon trust for the equal BENEFIT of themselves and such other CREDITORS of the said JOHN ALFRED LANGFORD, as shall execute the said Deed; and which said Deed now lies at my office in Trafalgar-street, in the said City of Nelson, for the inspection of and execution by the Creditors of the said John Alfred Langford. All persons indebted to the said John Alfred Langford, are requested to PAY to the said Trustees the amount of their respective DEBTS; and all persons having any CLAIM or DEMAND on the said John Alfred Langford, are requested to deliver an account thereof to the said Trustees, within one month from the date hereof.
