Hgbhouse.—At Nelson, August "0, Mrs. Edmund Hobhouse, of a son. DEATHS. Connell.—At Motuelta, on the 26th August, aged 49 years, Mary, widow of the late Mr. B. Connell, Builder. Davis.—At Waimea-wesst, on August 28th, of Pneumonia, Adeline Martha Davis, aged 18 months. Way.—-At her residenco Collingwood-street from a serious shock occasioned by two of her, children recently interred, Mra. Emma .Way, aged 33 years. Djxon.—On Tuesday, the 21st instant, Elizabeth, the beloved wife of Manly Dixon, of New Plymouth. Pettighew.—On Tuesday, August 28, at the residenccofhis brother-in-law Mr. David Burns, in \Vaimea r road, Mr. Gavin Petti grew, nged 33, of consumption, after an illness of six months. The deceased arrived in Nelson about four .years,since from Larnavkshire, North Britain. '.'■■'■
