In consequence of orders received... from Yienua the Naval Board at Trieste will, ia a few days, address a oircular po all; foreign consuls respecting the treatment of vessels belonging to ,any port of the Italian cpuntries annexed to Piedmont. As "regards,- merchant vessels belonging to a port of the former S'ardiriikhr Mdnarcby, as it was constituted: by the treaties of 1815, they will be admitted without difficulty to the ports of' Austria under the Sardinian fricOlQiP^ag. Vessels, however belonging'to Tuscany, to the liegatiouß, or to any Other country'annexed to Piedmont, will have to strike the tricolor flag before entering an Austrian port, and may never hoiat Ut /during their stay in Austrian waters. 'VYith. the exception of this restriction, all these vessels will be at liberty to pursue their commercial operations, and will^eDJoy the same treatment as all other foreign flags which have been pffiqiajly re-, cognised. . _ Pola,Mayl7. In consequence of Garibaldi's departure for Sicily the Austrian Government has resolved to send a flotilla to cruise off the coasts of the island. All war steamers which were Btationed in Pola have been united under the command of the Commandore Willersdorf, and set sail for Sicily. , : -
