Emigrant Ships.—The agents of the Provincial Government of Otago have despatched the Storm Cloud, with a full complement of cabin and steerage passengers for that province. The Storm Cloud received her passengers at Glasgow on the 25th of January, and sailed with a fair wind on the following day. Further batches of emigrants will be sent out in May, June and July.
